{"id":336,"date":"2023-01-06T16:04:23","date_gmt":"2023-01-06T21:04:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.dementedramblings.com\/?p=336"},"modified":"2023-01-06T16:04:23","modified_gmt":"2023-01-06T21:04:23","slug":"italian-sausage-and-orzo-soup","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.dementedramblings.com\/?p=336","title":{"rendered":"Italian Sausage and Orzo soup"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li>1 tablespoon Olive Oil<\/li>\n<li>1 pound Italian Sausage (mild or spicy)<\/li>\n<li>1 medium Onion, diced (about 1 cup)<\/li>\n<li>3 cloves Garlic, minced<\/li>\n<li>2 ribs Celery, diced<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup Orzo Pasta (uncooked), or 1 cup larger pasta type<\/li>\n<li>6 cups Chicken Broth<\/li>\n<li>1 (15-ounce can) Diced Tomatoes, don&#8217;t drain<\/li>\n<li>1 cup tomato sauce<\/li>\n<li>2 (15-ounce can) Cannelini Beans, drained and rinsed<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 teaspoon Sea Salt<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 teaspoon Black Pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Heat OLIVE OIL in a 4-quart soup pot on medium-high heat.<\/li>\n<li>Saute SAUSAGE until cooked through.
